There's also a need for parents and teachers to carefully monitor the kids/teenagers within their care. Kids should be adequately monitored in the playgrounds. 


There's also a need for effective conflict resolution among children to avoid issues like this. But what exactly is wrong with individuals these days, making videos when they should be helping with separating the girls.... such high level of stupidity.
